Owner and Property Admin Assistant

Jayne's Luxury Rentals is seeking a hard-working, energetic employee who is passionate about delivering excellence in customer service. By providing personalized attention to our potential guests, guests, and owners, who will help us maintain our large and quickly growing portfolio of properties in Muskoka, Collingwood, and area.

Responsibilities:

  • Data entry and management of details surrounding the cottages and their owners.
  • Assisting the department head.
  • Be responsible for taking incoming phone calls, occasional outbound calls, and responding to emails, social media, or chats on a daily basis from owners looking to rent their cottages with Jayne's.
  • Meet and maintain Jayne’s Luxury Rental standards such as owner and guest satisfaction, accuracy, efficiency and assist the owner's team.
  • Build and maintain business relationships and open lines of communication with other internal support teams.
  • Organize the shared department inbox.
  • Assist other departments in tasks to help grow the portfolio of properties.

Skills required:

  • Technical computer skills required on all forms of hardware - laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Sheets.
  • Professional in all forms of communications such as email, phone calls, video calls, and texts.
  • Strong organization skills and the ability to work in a shared department inbox.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to change activity frequently and cope with interruptions.
  • Highly responsive and reliable.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

This is a contract for 6 months which could possibly lead to full-time year-round.

Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
